Hindi pinagbigyan ng Kamara ang hirit ni Negros Oriental Rep. Arnulfo Teves na 2-buwang leave extension, ayon sa abogado nitong si Atty. Ferdinand Topacio.

Sa halip, binigyan umano si Teves ng deadline hanggang sa susunod na linggo para umuwi sa bansa at mag-report sa House of Representatives.
